At GN Audio in Ballerup, you will join the R&D Hardware Engineering team alongside colleagues in Denmark, China and US who are responsible for all hardware-related design aspects of development projects. We develop innovative headsets, speakerphones and other hands-free audio solutions for the Jabra brand that make life sound better.

Market leading professional and consumer audio/video products
As our new Electronics Technician, you will take on tasks in the lab supporting professional and consumer audio/video products with DECT, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi radio systems. You will contribute by supporting our internal Design Validation Test efforts and many other things.

Experienced Electronics Technician with great collaboration skills
With a diverse professional technician’s experience, you perform various tasks ranging from soldering rework to advanced test system automation and just about anything in-between.
As an enthusiastic and creative person, you look at product challenges with a fresh eye and out of the box thinking. You seek continuous learning and to build your competencies. With a can-do mindset and motivated nature, you strive to follow and support projects to ensure high output and success.
Additionally, we imagine that you have:
- A relevant education such as electronics technician or similar
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Good communication skills in English.
It will be beneficial if you also have experience with several of the below:
- SMT soldering, rework and prototyping
- Electrical tests using oscilloscopes, current probes, dataloggers, perhaps even RF test equipment
- Test automation or scripting (Labview, Python, etc.)
- Design validation tests and documentation.
- Lithium-ion battery specs and testing
- Field-return root cause analysis
It is not necessary to have all the above experience – together with our team of technicians and engineers we will distribute tasks suited to your existing experience and potentially some that will challenge you to build up additional skills with support from your new colleagues. Perhaps you have just a few years of experience, or perhaps you have already enjoyed a long career within relevant occupation. We can accommodate an individual eager to learn fast, or a more experienced individual who is a master of his craft.
